Recent transactions between the and merge online poker have led to a fiery dispute may possibly send the two companies into court for settlement. At this time, chief executive officer, Chuck Kidd has announced that the dispute concerning the payments has not been settled. The players investment club is seeking repayment of funds to their players by the online poker network.

The situation is as follows, apparently merge online poker network owed some of their players money and therefore needed to repay. At this point all the money has been paid back to the players however there were fees associated with these transactions that have not been covered by the online company. Now, Kidd and the players investment club are working to get back all the fees that are associated with these transactions, even if it means going to court. Merge has scooting around their financial obligations and now must pay the piper.

According to Kidd, they have been trying to collect on these funds since July and have not received much respect from merge online poker. At this point in the game, the players investment club is no longer interested in asking for the payment by merge, it will simply take them to court in an effort to receive back all the payment for the online gambling transactions.

Merge online poker has been stalling the process by stating that the check was in the mail on repeated occasions, only for the players investment club to not receive it once again. Now Kidd is openly speaking about this process in effort to get the money that is clearly owed to their company as well to expose merge online poker for their failure to pay and the lack of integrity for the company. At this point again it appears as though merge online poker has forked out nearly 1/3 of the money that was owed to the players investment club.
