Default Legal Online Gambling?

Hey, everyone. I'm kind of new to the online stuff. I play whenever I go to Vegas, but I've never done anything online. I know the legality of online gambling in the U.S. is kind of iffy. Some types of gambling are illegal and some are legal, but which ones? Also, I heard that Congress may legalize it all so they can regulate and tax it. Any thoughts on that?

Default Barney Frank is the new Martin Luther King Jr.

I don't know if it will definitely get legalized, but I do know that our only true hope is Barney Frank. Without him, our government wouldn't know what to do with the Constitution. I know he's gotten a lot of people to sign up for his bill, but at the same time delays are expected. But just like with the civil rights movement, "we've got to keep on truckin'" as MLK said in his famous speech. The rights of many are often passed over for the "moral majority" of people who disagree with what they want. Barney Frank understands what Americans want and they know that he is their true voice of freedom. I think he will see it through and we shall overcome.

I agree. Sure, it's kind of a downer, the idea of the government regulating yet another thing. But it's what governments do I guess. On the other hand, we could use the tax revenue.

Hee, ever since Kentucky figured out that it might affect the Derby, the view on gambling has been shifting. Hopefully them horsey folk will stomp the bill flat on the turf.
